Full payment for your ordered goods should be made before the final despatch of the goods by cash or bank draft or an acceptance letter of credit in favour of Easy Tech Accessories & Easy Tech Printers.
For cash purchases, the customer has to make a 25% payment when booking the ordered goods for production processing & the delivery of the goods would be made within the limit or portion of its cash advance allowed.
Payment is made by opening a Letter of Credit in favour of Easy Tech Accessories & Easy Tech Printers when booking your ordered goods. Such a Letter of Credit shall cover the total price of your ordered goods. The customer shall pay all bank charges and other expenses concerning the L/C. The order will only be accepted upon receipt of a suitable letter of credit unless the companies mutually agree upon other payment methods. Interest on the usage period or cover-due bill will be calculated daily on overdue accounts from maturity until the customer makes payment.
The final delivery of the goods will only be dispatched to the customer once the total purchase price has been paid in full. Additionally, if the customer owes any outstanding payments to the seller at the contract date, these must be settled before the final delivery.

You must notify us about the defect within three days of receiving the goods to be eligible for the replacement or refund claim.
